COMMERCE VET
TRUST/REAL ESTATE SECTOR
As a commerce VET trust/real estate, you carry out general administrative tasks: You compose letters and emails, coordinate appointments and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office. You are responsible for accounting, provide support in administrative areas and prepare tax returns.
You create property valuations and contracts. You manage properties and take care of rentals. You ensure that the apartments and houses are in good condition, look for new tenants and take care of the rental contracts.
